About Us

	Overarching Philosophy

		ThotWorks Consulting, LLC applies a hybrid set of competencies to enhance the effectiveness of your business staff and to amplify the competitive advantage of your existing business systems. We employ a closed-loop process that includes: Research, Analysis, Redesign & Automation, Implementation & Training, and Post-hoc Review.

		First, we listen to your concerns and identify your pain points. During this phase we formulate yardsticks that will serve as future indicators of success.

		Second, we analyze the relevant systems, workflow processes, personalities, and business constraints – all the while keeping a clear picture of the end-goal in mind. Critical to this stage is the identification of historical precedents that have, over time, become artificially institutionalized.

		Next, we define streamlined processes and develop tactical software tools to automate many of the manual processes previously identified. We then test individual components and train staff on the new approaches and tools.

		The final step is to fairly and unflinchingly evaluate the results of the engagement. Using the yardsticks defined in step one, a full accounting is made of the differences between beginning and end states.
